Ray Parlour on Arsenal's Premier League chances

The former Gunners midfielder gives his thoughts on Arsenal's chances in the upcoming 2010/11 Premier League season.

Parlour expressed optimism for the north London club to do better than expected in the upcoming season. Declaring that people are wrong to write off Arsenal at the start of the season, he said that the club would be able to go all the way and win the Premiership title.

Stressing the importance of players such as defender Thomas Vermaelen, World Cup winner Cesc Fabregas and World Cup finalist Robert Van Persie, the ex-Gunner stated that if the senior players were supported by a number of impressive younger players at the club, Arsenal would "have a real chance" of surprising many and lifting the Premier League trophy in May next year.
